You can stay in an Apartment or with a Mexican family.

A week in a shared (double) room is available from US$ 115. Living with a Family (homestay) is the same price but additionally breakfast is included. There is an extra charge for single rooms (from US$ 165 per week) and half board (from US$ 175 per week in a shared room), which are available on request.

The School offers apartments to share with other students. The apartments have a bathroom and a kitchen or a cook niche. Single and double rooms are available. Some Apartments have a swimming pool, (but hey, who needs that, the sea is directly around the corner!) The apartments are in the center of Playa del Carmen and about 5 walking minutes from the school / beach.

Living with a Mexican family allows you to encounter the Mexican culture in a family athmosphere. Also the family boosts your success in learning spanish. They prepare breakfast, which is included. Single and double rooms are available.The families live usually approx. 15 walking minutes from school, some families offer bycicles.
